Product Details

Oil-type transformer is one of the important equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It reduces the 10(6)kV or 35kV network voltage to the 230/400V bus voltage used by users. This type of product is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, three-phase oil-type transformer with a maximum rated capacity of 2500kVA (single-phase maximum rated capacity is 833kVA, single-phase transformers are generally not recommended), and can be used indoors (outdoors) with a capacity of 315kVA and below, it can be installed on the pole. The ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃ and not lower than -25℃. The maximum daily average temperature of the oil-type transformer is 30℃, the maximum annual average temperature is 20℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90% (ambient temperature 25℃), the altitude does not exceed 1000m. If it is inconsistent with the above conditions of use, appropriate quota adjustments should be made according to the relevant provisions of GB6450-86.

FAQ

1.On site/on line Production and Quality production supervision. Customer own the product supervision right, and for each important process during the manufacturing andtesting lor to be defined by customer's request, by means of on site check or on line check. Meanwhile, we valso provide traceable records for check.

2.Packing&Transportation Wooden pallet packing or or to be defined by customer.

3. Leading time

For standard product, approximately 15 working days before delivery.

For customized product, approximately 20~30 working days before delivery.

Order quantity/customization requirements can also affect the leading time.

4. Warranty/ Payment terms

2 years of warranty at least.

For the first order we normally accept T/T, 30%+70%. Regular customer payment terms to be negotiated by both parties.

5.Difference Between Power Transformer and Distribution Transformer

(1)Transformer Size / insulation Level:Power transformers have a higher insulation level than distribution transformers

(2)lron Losses and Copper Losses:Power transformers lose energy as heat due to eddy current losses in their steel laminations and hysteresis losses in the core material. Distribution transformers don't have any iron part so they have lower iron losses than power transformers, They also lose energy due to hvsteresis losses in thecore material.

(3)Maximum Efficiency: Power transformers are generally less efficient than distribution transformers because their larger size and heavier currents.
