FAQ
1.On site/on line Production and Quality production supervision.Customer own the product supervision right, and for each important process during the manufacturing and testing (or to be defined by customer's request), by means of on site check or on line check. Meanwhile, we also provide traceable records for check.
2.Packing&Transportation
Wooden pallet packing or or to be defined by customer.
3. Leading time
For standard product, approximately 15 working days before delivery.
For customized product, approximately 20~30 working days before delivery.
Order quantity/customization requirements can also affect the leading time.
4.Warranty/ Payment terms
2 years of warranty at least.For the first order we normally accept T/T, 30%+70%. Regular customer payment terms to be negotiated by both parties.
