3. Efficient Cooling Options: Natural air cooling (AN) enables continuous operation at rated capacity, whereas forced air cooling (AF) increases output capacity by 50% during intermittent or emergency overloads.
4. Economic Operation: Provides efficient operation under normal conditions, with the ability to manage transient overloads; however, long-term continuous overloads are not advised owing to increasing load loss and impedance voltage.


Product Details

The high-voltage coil of the dry-type transformer has a continuous construction with strong mechanical strength and effective heat dissipation. The coil is twisted around a constructed insulating cylinder. The conductor is a flat copper wire wrapped in paper and insulated. Insulating paper is placed between the layers. The coil is exposed to VPI vacuum pressure. Impregnated into a solid whole, it avoids the shortcomings of multi-layer cylindrical coils such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation, easy thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength, thereby improving the reliability of product operation. It has excellent moisture-proof performance and is more durable. This material is resistant to thermal shock, does not shatter, has a partial discharge of less than 5 pieces, and is easily decomposed and recycled, safeguarding the environment.

FAQ

1.Packing&Transportation

Wooden pallet packing or or to be defined by customer.

2. Leading time

For standard product, approximately 15 working days before delivery.

For customized product, approximately 20~30 working days before delivery.

Order quantity/customization requirements can also affect the leading time.

3.Warranty/ Payment terms

2 years of warranty at least.For the first order we normally accept T/T, 30%+70%. Regular customer payment terms to be negotiated by both parties.
