Dry-type transformers are widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, terminals, CNC machinery and equipment, etc. Simply put, dry-type transformers refer to transformers whose core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil.

Cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). When naturally air-cooled, the transformer can operate continuously for a long time at rated capacity. When forced air cooling is used, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%. It is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation; because the load loss and impedance voltage increase greatly during overload, it is in a non-economic operating state, so it should not be placed in long-term continuous overload operation.

FAQ

1.On site/on line Production and Quality production supervision.Customer own the product supervision right, and for each important process during the manufacturing and testing (or to be defined by customer's request), by means of on site check or on line check. Meanwhile, we valso provide traceable records for check.

2.Packing&Transportation

Wooden pallet packing or or to be defined by customer.

3. Leading time

For standard product, approximately 15 working days before delivery.

For customized product, approximately 20~30 working days before delivery.

Order quantity/customization requirements can also affect the leading time.

4.Warranty/ Payment terms

2 years of warranty at least.For the first order we normally accept T/T, 30%+70%. Regular customer payment terms to be negotiated by both parties.
