Our oil-type transformers are an essential component of power supply and distribution systems in industrial, mining, and civil buildings, efficiently converting 10(6)kV or 35kV network voltage to usable 230/400V bus voltage. Installation requirements
1. The foundation track of the transformer should be level, and the oil pillow side should have a slope of 1-1.5%.
2. The transformer should be reinforced.
3. The primary and secondary leads of the transformer should not stress the bushing.
4. The transformer shell is firmly connected to the neutral point and grounding device to form a trinity of 5. 800KVA (gas relay installed).
It adopts radiator oil tank of corrugated shteet type or expansion type.
As it doesn't need oil conservator, the height of transformer is reduced, and as the transformer oil doesn't contract with air,the oil ageing is retarded, thus prolonging the service life of transformer.
The no-load loss of Model S10-M is 20% lower thanthat of Model S9-M,and S11-M is 30% lower than S9-M.

Trial run
1. The transformer can only be put into trial operation after all test items have passed.
2. A comprehensive inspection of the transformer should be carried out before trial operation.
3. The transformer undergoes 5 impact tests (closing test).
4. The no-load running time is related to the transformer capacity and is generally not less than 24 hours.
5. After the no-load running time is completed, the transformer is reloaded.
FAQ
1. Leading time
For standard product, approximately 15 working days before delivery.
For customized product, approximately 20~30 working days before delivery.
Order quantity/customization requirements can also affect the leading time.
2.Warranty/ Payment terms
2 years of warranty at least.For the first order we normally accept T/T, 30%+70%. Regular customer payment terms to be negotiated by both parties.
