The high-voltage coil of the dry-type transformer has a continuous structure with strong mechanical strength and effective heat dissipation. The coil is twisted around a constructed insulating cylinder. The conductor is a flat copper wire wrapped in paper and insulated. Insulating paper is placed between the layers. The coil is exposed to VPI vacuum pressure. Impregnated into a solid whole, it avoids the shortcomings of multi-layer cylindrical coils such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation, easy thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength, thereby improving the reliability of product operation. It has excellent moisture-proof performance and is more durable. This material is resistant to thermal shock, does not shatter, has a partial discharge of less than 5 pieces, and is easily decomposed and recycled, safeguarding the environment.

On-site or online Production and quality management supervision.Customer owns the right to supervise the product, as well as each critical step during manufacture and testing (or as stipulated by the customer), via on-site or online checks. Meanwhile, we will give traceable records for verification.
