The overload capacity of a dry-type transformer is related to the ambient temperature, the load condition before overload (initial load), the insulation heat dissipation condition of the transformer and the heating time constant. If necessary, the overload curve of the dry-type transformer can be obtained from the manufacturer.
How to make use of its overload capability? The author puts forward two points for reference:
⑴ When choosing to calculate the transformer capacity, it can be appropriately reduced: fully consider the possibility of short-term impact overload of some steel rolling, welding and other equipment - try to make use of the strong overload capacity of dry-type transformers to reduce the transformer capacity; for some unsuitable Evenly loaded places, such as residential areas mainly for night lighting, cultural and entertainment facilities, and shopping malls mainly for air conditioning and daytime lighting, can make full use of their overload capacity and appropriately reduce the transformer capacity so that its main operating time is at full load. 1.On site/on line Production and Quality production supervision.Customer own the product supervision right, and for each important process during the manufacturing and testing (or to be defined by customer's request), by means of on site check or on line check. Meanwhile, we valso provide traceable records for check.
2.Packing&Transportation
Wooden pallet packing or or to be defined by customer.
3. Leading time
For standard product, approximately 15 working days before delivery.
For customized product, approximately 20~30 working days before delivery.
Order quantity/customization requirements can also affect the leading time.
4.Warranty/ Payment terms
2 years of warranty at least.For the first order we normally accept T/T, 30%+70%. Regular customer payment terms to be negotiated by both parties.
